Mind Skill Games — Sharpen Your Mind, One Game at a Time

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Mind Skill Games ("we", "us") runs the website mindskillgames.com, a collection of free puzzle games and riddles. This policy explains what information the site uses and why. We keep it to the minimum needed to run the games and keep the site free.

Information we collect

  • Anonymous usage statistics. When you visit, we record the page you opened, how you arrived (for example a link from a social post or a search engine), your device type (phone, tablet or desktop), your country, and what you did on game and riddle pages (started a game, finished it, revealed an answer, time spent). A random ID stored in your browser links your visits together. We do not store your IP address, your name or your browser's identifying details with these statistics. You can decline these statistics with the "No statistics" button in the notice, and we also honor your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings.
  • Leaderboard nickname and scores. If you submit a score, we store the nickname you type (please do not use your real name), your score, the level reached and a game code that lets a friend play the same board. Challenge links you create are kept for 30 days.
  • Information you send us. If you subscribe to the daily riddle email or use the contact form, we store the email address and message you provide, and for subscriptions the wording you agreed to.
  • Saved progress. Your browser's local storage keeps things like game progress, streaks and your privacy choice on your own device.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads, including ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, manage personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com, or opt out of many third-party ad vendors at aboutads.info. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown Google's consent message before personalized ads are used.

How we use information

  • To run the games, leaderboards and challenge links.
  • To understand which games and riddles people enjoy, and to fix problems.
  • To send the daily riddle email, if you subscribed.
  • To reply to messages you send us.
  • To prevent cheating and abuse (for example, limiting how fast scores can be submitted).

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare to host and protect the site and Turso to store scores and statistics. These providers process data on our behalf.

How long we keep data

Usage statistics are deleted after about 13 months. Gameplay events and challenge links are deleted after 30 days. Leaderboards show only the current top scores. Email subscribers stay until they unsubscribe; contact messages are deleted once handled.

Your choices and rights

You can decline anonymous statistics, clear your browser's local storage, change your ad settings using the links above, and unsubscribe from emails at any time. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to object to its use. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.

Children

The site is a general-audience puzzle site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
